On Saturday 20th June the BHNC team attended the Discover Welling Community Funday. The event welcomed residents of Welling and wider to attend for a day of fun in the sun, with food and craft stalls, inflatables for the children and charities promoting their cause. The BHNC team were there to offer free blood pressure assessments and sign post residents to our services including stop smoking, diabetes education and NHS Health Checks. It was a great day with engagement throughout the community.
