From January 2023 BHNC will be working in partnership with London Borough of Bexley and Bexley GP's to support the sending out of the NHS Health Checks Invitations.  This scheme involves BHNC sending out the invitation text messages and letters to patients eligible for the NHS Healthcheck.  The patient will then make contact with their own GP to book an appointment.
