Abi Mogridge

Chief Executive Officer

Abi Mogridge is the Chief Executive Officer who joined BHNC in January 2021, Abi is a member of the Board and supports the Directors with the efficient and effective delivery of services. Abi started her career as a Dietitian and specialising in renal (Kidney failure) but then naturally progressed in to management and leadership roles. Abi has over 25 years of NHS leadership experience across a number of different sectors (Community, Acute and Primary care). Abi therefore has good understanding of wider system pressures and is able to identify innovative solutions. Abi believes in partnership working and developing quality  integrated services delivered close to home.

Kelly McCarthy

HR and OD Business Manager

An experienced HR professional with a proven track record of delivering full generalist support at a CEO and senior management level. Exhibiting a good understanding of strategic aims of the business and building teams to deliver. Stakeholder engagement, relationship management, internal communication management, change management, restructuring, TUPE, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, people plans. Experience of working in the NHS and Non NHS organisations.

Gurveen Kalsi

Preventative Service Manager

Gurveen has been in the NHS for 15 years, working in commissioning, NHSE and in provision. Expertise in financial planning, management and accounting. QUIPP savings and project management programme worth £103mil for NHSE.

Natasha is our Preventative Services Lead, responsible for managing the Diabetes Education and Long Term Conditions House Visiting services provided by BHNC, and working with our partners in London Borough of Bexley to support invitations to the NHS Health Checks.  Natasha has a wealth of experience and knowledge around diabetes, long term conditions and primary care, having completed a Masters in Diabetes in 2019 and worked in the NHS since 2010.   Natasha also holds the role of Freedom to Speak Up Guardian for the organisation and is responsible for maintaining the honest and open culture of which we work in the organisation.
